Not a bad place for what it is. Tennets are quiet and respectful for the most part and place is clean
The new owners are working very hard to clean this place up, removing trash by the boatload weekly. They are currently in the process of renovating and repairing , doing a great job! Very accommodating. Every problem that has come up the landlord has taken care of. Excited to see the turnout‼ however there is one grievance I have that isn’t necessarily the landlord job….theres a creepy man across the street always taking pictures and posting them here being miserable and complaining.
Owner of the place is awesome very chill also not in the greastest shape BUT they are trying there best to make this place better! It just looks bad because old residents trashed the place and made it look bad before they left.
Just want to say this place has recently been bought and there is new management also. We are working on fixing any issues this place has inside and out hoping to make this a better and safer place for guests and the community. Please be patient as it does take time
My friend lives here and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of her apartment. They also have decent sized single rooms too..monthly rents are decent for the area...I'll post photos soon
Im currently a new tenant at Maple Crest Apt.and. from what I see the New mangers are doing a great job at turning the place around .For the most part its quiet .My apt.got fresh paint and cleaned before move in and my experence of this place so far is two tumbs up
